In today’s episode, I’m excited to share four powerful questions that could revolutionize both your business and your life.

A New Direction for the Podcast

I know we’ve been a bit quiet for the past two or three weeks. I took some time off to rethink the direction of the podcast and figure out what would work best for both me and you, our amazing listeners.

After some reflection, I’ve come up with a new idea: a series of micro episodes. These micro episodes will be short, ranging from 1 to 5 minutes.

Each episode will focus on a marketing or sales tip, strategy, or technique—simple, to the point, and designed to help you grow your business.

The Power of Feedback

As we move forward with this new format, I’d love to hear from you. What do you think of these micro episodes?

If you have any questions or challenges regarding marketing or sales, feel free to share them with me!

I’ll either answer them directly or bring in an expert to help you out. Your feedback will guide the future of this podcast.

Four Questions to Revolutionize Your Business and Life

The core of today’s episode revolves around four questions that have the potential to make a huge difference in both your personal and professional life.

These questions were inspired by my journaling practice and a book I recently read, Thinking in Bets by Annie Duke, which is all about decision-making.

I’ve struggled with journaling in the past, especially with long formats I couldn’t keep up with. So, I wanted to create something more efficient—something I could do almost every day.

This is where the idea of these four questions came from.

The Four Life-Changing Questions

Here are the four questions that could change the way you approach your day:

1. What Did I Accomplish Today?

This question is all about reflecting on what you’ve done today. It’s a great way to gain awareness of your progress and recognize what you’ve achieved, no matter how small.

2. What Was I Thinking Today?

This question helps you reflect on where your mind was during the day. Being aware of your thoughts is crucial for realigning your focus and ensuring you stay on track with your goals.

3. What Could Be Improved?

This question is key to continuous improvement. Inspired by Thinking in Bets, Annie Duke emphasizes the importance of reflecting on what could have been done better. The more consistently you analyze your actions, the faster you’ll grow and improve. Imagine answering this question every day for a year—the impact could be monumental!

4. What Am I Doing Tomorrow?

This question helps you plan for the future. Knowing what you’re going to do tomorrow brings clarity, reduces stress, and boosts confidence. When you have a plan, you’re more likely to execute it well.

How to Implement These Questions

I use an app called Grid Diary to help me answer these questions daily. It’s available on both Android and iPhone, and it’s a simple tool that lets you create a template to track your day and plan for tomorrow.

Final Thoughts
