Welcome, Kate.
Thank you. Thank you. So fun to be here.
Oh, it’s good. Great to have you. So, Kate, what is your story?
My story is that I was always interested in business. My dad was a business person around the world, actually. And it always fascinated me. The steps to success, the mindset of people, and I would analyze that.
So I always knew that I was going to go into business. And at the same time, I had this Intuition. People would come to me even as a kid, they would ask me questions, I was always wondering, why are they asking me they’re the adult. And what I didn’t know, which was so fantastic that’s coming out for people now is when people come to you for questions, etc, they have an intuition that that’s your gift. And it would have been so nice to know that way back then.
But it’s great for everyone to know now that’s part of your gift. And part of my gift was being able to read and enhance people’s intuition.
So when I got into the business after college and banking and finance, CEOs would ask me, take me aside and say, “Okay, what, what are your thoughts about this and that”. And so I always kept them separate. Until, of course, one day, they clashed. And the world I had to make a decision, was I just going to stay in business? Or was I going to be my true self and merge the two? And that was a huge decision. Because, you know, my clients loved what I did. But non-clients would make snarky comments. And so I just didn’t know how to figure that out.
But one of the things I taught clients, which we’ll go through today, is how to get over the fear, build your confidence, and then step forward. So you know, walk the talk, right?
Absolutely, love it.
So I went through my steps and merged the two and came up with courses and everything for clients. And it was the best business decision I ever made. It’s just so much fun. And as you know, when clients succeed, it’s just golden.
I mean, all clients succeed in their own time and path. But when they come back to you to tell you about what their successes have been, it’s so exciting.
Fantastic. Fantastic.
So how and why did you get into this fear and confidence business and helping them that?
What’s the story behind that?
How did you get into that?
For some reason, because part of my Intuition is being able to see what a person’s next step is.
So I can see people’s next step forward. So whether they are looking at two homes and want to figure out what home to buy, or a scientist or research programs, etc.
So out of all the decisions, what step is going to get you to your ultimate goal and be your happiest?
And because of that, I noticed that people were very fearful and lacked confidence.
And they would ask me how I did it?
And so I came up with my Specific Steps. And one of the things through Intuition that I realized is:
First of all, you have to analyze the fear. A lot of people just think it is theirs, but as scientists, I know you know this, scientists have proven collective consciousness or energy we feel from everybody is true.
They can actually measure that. And the way you can measure it yourself is being in a room where the boss walks in and feel everybody’s action, everybody just gets really nervous.
And the way to not get nervous and help yourself get rid of that fear is to just block it out.
Think of yourself in a bubble, and you block out everybody’s non-beneficial energy.
You don’t want to have a wall, but you know, you filter, so that you only get positive energy.
Got it.
And brought it out and saying, I don’t accept. I disconnect from anyone else’s fear. That itself has helped so many of my clients because they are like an empath, and they pick up other people’s fear.
Got it.
Planning catapults your success by four. So for every minute that you can plan, you’re saving four minutes, and you’re completing your success.
Katie Hellmers
What do you think business owners and entrepreneurs fear the most?
The unknown. When they don’t have a plan, people get very, very nervous.
Yeah.
And I get kidded in a lot by clients. Okay, plan, organize stuff, board, we got it, we got it. But that’s why I love your course. And my courses, one of the biggest things is to be able to get a mentor, someone who’s done it before, and to, and they can walk you through the steps, it’s so much easier, so much easier. And it also takes care of the fear. Because you know, it’s already successful. So you just walk right through it.
So I’d say that a lot of people think it’s money but it’s not money that entrepreneurs fear. Once entrepreneurs figure out what they’re going to do and what their plan is, they know that the money is coming. So that is no longer a fear.
For those of you guys joining us later, we’re talking about fear, confidence, and stepping forward in life and business. That’s a topic that we’re talking about. If you have any questions, if you have any suggestions, or if you have any feedback about what we talked about, put it in the comment box. And we will make sure that we will cover your questions and hopefully give you a response back to your questions and comments by the time we’re done.
I love that. Love that. So what exactly do you do for your clients? How do you help them out?
Well, when I was working with a lot of CEOs, etc, it would be one on one or with teams. Now we’ve been able to take everything I was teaching with them and put it into courses for people.
So now I work with entrepreneurs, coaches, authors, business teams, but usually at the management level, etc. And then only for special situations do I go in and work with big corporate teams because they have a lot of people that do that now. And so it’s so much fun to be able to work with people who don’t know these techniques and be able to help them succeed.
So through the Courses on Mindset, Energetic Techniques, and just Business Success Tools. I help them catapult their careers or catapult their businesses.
I love it. Love it, love it, love it!
So what’s one thing that can help business owners to reduce their fear and, and take care of all the fear that they’re dealing with?
What are some examples of things that they could do to reduce their fear?
Okay, one thing right now, and I know a lot of people that one of the biggest complaints I get from people is that they don’t like to plan. But planning catapults your success by four. So for every minute that you can plan, you’re saving four minutes, and you’re completing your success. You’re growing your success.
So the biggest thing to take care of the fear is to actually sit down and analyze and plan what it is you’re going to be doing.
Then ask yourself, why are you fearful?
Again, disconnect from anybody else’s, figure out where the fear is based.
So if it’s a decision, so there are a couple of different kinds of fears, one, it is a decision that you need to make that you need to actually, you know, Research, Analyze, and then Meditate on.
And I know a lot of people say, “Oh, why are you meditating business?”
I do not know one CEO that doesn’t meditate. They might not call it to meditate, they might call it, with me, they call it I’ve named it something different. I call it the 62nd or 100/22-second focus, but it’s the same thing.
You sit down, close your eyes, take a deep breath, and then ask yourself:
What is it that I need to do to move forward?”
Where is this fear coming from?
And you’ll get an answer, all you need to do is listen and ask the question.
Love it.
The other part is that they’re fearful of, I know you wouldn’t believe this, but I run into a lot of people in the business world that have never given presentations before, or they’ve never spoken in front of people. And then their boss says, “Oh, you know what you need to do this YouTube live presentation”, and they go into full panic.
And so the best thing for that is to plan what you’re going to say. And then practice, practice, practice.
You know, Julie Andrews, I’m going to paraphrase. But Julie understood something one time, it was so interesting to me. She said, you know, most people practice something until they know it, professionals practice something until they won’t fail.
Love it.
And that makes a huge difference. So once you do that, and connect, figure out what your plan is, then the fear usually goes right away, because now you have a plan. Now you can move forward.
Amateurs practice until they get it right. Professionals practice until they can’t get it wrong.
Julie Andrews.
Fantastic. I’m 100% with you on that Meditation point.
In terms of meditation, I think more meditation for me would be more about focus and calming my mind down because right now my mind is running at 150 miles an hour. So much going on that even one minute, even one minute like 60 to 120 seconds you just mentioned.
I like to do this sometimes in the afternoon. That’s where my mind is most active. And there’s so much going on. There’s so much chaos.
What I tried to do, if I’m conscious and aware of it, is I just sit down on my chair and I close my eyes up for literally just a few seconds.
Yes.
Gain an understanding of what the hell I’m doing.
Yeah.
Because there are a million different choices. Then next step that I take, will it get me closer to my goal? Will it help me make a productive day?
So even for those of you who are watching or listening, even 60 to 120 seconds, as Kate suggested, makes a huge difference. Especially when like you’re in the middle of a chaotic day.
Just sit back, close your eyes.
Yes, the first few seconds it’s going to feel crazy because you’re trying to go back inside your mind and yourself and trying to figure out what’s going on.
But then give it some time and you will calm down and then you can be more productive. And then you can make better decisions.
So I’m with you, 100%.
You’re absolutely right.
Yeah. Now Kate we imagined CEOs and some of the especially successful ones as having it all. I mean, we feel that they’ve got what you may call it, they got everything that they need.
In your experience, have you ever seen a lack of confidence in some of the top players that you work with?
Every single one. So I don’t know why people open up to me and they tell me things. Because, well, I’ve signed a lot of NDA’s in my life, but I grew up in the LA area, run the entertainment business. And, you know, I just never told confidences and in banking, etc, just never told confidences. So they trust me that it won’t go outside the door. So I’ll walk into somebody’s office, they’ll close the door, and say, Okay, and then it all comes out. All of their insecurities.
The fact that I had this one CEO, so funny, we were at a dinner, he spoke in front of 2000 people, 2000 people live, they asked him to speak, he got up, he gave 10 minutes, oh my gosh, he was fantastic. We all went into a meeting, and he asked if he could speak to me. And he had a presentation to one person the next day, and he was a nervous wreck. And you know, I tried to keep a straight face, I was like, I couldn’t believe it.
So it doesn’t matter how high up you go, that’s the figment of everyone’s imagination. It’s always like Facebook, you know, on Facebook, everyone looks fantastic. But then you get behind the scenes, and they’re normal people. And that’s the only difference between someone who is in charge of their own business, a coach, author, entrepreneur, and a CEO is they just have a little bit more tools. And they usually have five to seven coaches or mentors, from spiritual coaches, they hire everyone to help them with the next step.
And when you have those people around you, as you know, Mostafa, it makes such a big difference with your lack of fear your confidence.
Yeah.
And so it’s kind of a myth that CEOs have it all, but what they do have is the knowledge and the confidence to hire people to help them get to where they want to go. And they’ve clearly succeeded.
So I’m with you 100%. I mean sometimes we feel like someone has it all. They’re so confident. But when you go, here’s my take on this, the bigger the business, the bigger the fear. That’s right. I mean, let’s say the CEO of and I’m gonna say, Microsoft, for example, a small mistake for a CEO like that is into the tune of hundreds of billions of dollars.
Remember what you said a few minutes ago about how in the afternoon, you’ll take a 62-second break? I don’t know if you’ve looked at how Bill Gates ran his business. But Bill Gates would go off for two or three times a year by himself, all by himself, too. It was basically meditating. But it was too right to think where nobody could get a hold of him.
Yeah. And they call it his Think Week or something. Does he call it his Thinking Week or something?
Could be.
Yeah, yeah. I saw his documentary. Very, very, so very important. So like, I think getting back to that story of fear. I think the bigger the company, the bigger the fear of making mistakes, because the mistakes could cost the company a lot more than a $10,000 company, or 100,000, or $100 million dollar company. You know, the bigger the mistake, the bigger the fear, and then it just plays together. Now, how do you think…
I have to make a comment, though.
Sure.
And that is one of the things that I found with CEOs and C suite people is that they don’t have the fear of making a decision.
Okay.
They don’t have that fear. They used to have fear. But now they realized when you have enough of the research in front of you, and you have specific decisions to make, when you sit and think about it, you make the decision. And that’s what they don’t do anymore. They’ve learned not to regret. So look at Google. Google has had so many different businesses that have failed. Nobody talks about that.
Yeah.
Microsoft had so many different businesses that failed. They don’t talk about that. Everybody just talks about the successes.
Oh, yeah.
I think the key is to keep the center on your main business. And that’s how you succeed as an entrepreneur. Then later, you can add different things.
Beauty.
For those of you who have joined us later, we’re talking about fear and confidence and stepping forward in business on life. And for those who comment or ask a question or tag a friend who may need this conversation, or you may need to listen to this or hear this or watch this, we’re going to have a giveaway, a gift.
I think Kate, would you have a gift or a giveaway for people that would get stay engaged in a conversation?
Absolutely.
All right, I’m gonna throw one in there as well. So if you have questions, and if you are watching this, and if you know someone that could potentially benefit from this conversation, tag them, and we’re going to enter your name for a drop.
Now, Kate, how does lack of confidence affect a business owner and CEOs or experts that are out there?
Well, a couple of things happen.
One is it feeds into fear when you’re not confident. So the fear grows when you’re not confident.
And the second thing is if you don’t do things, you don’t step forward in life.
And so that lack of confidence can cost you a lot of money. You know, people that don’t make the call to the client, they don’t put on that course they don’t go to that seminar, whatever it is, because they’re not confident, or a huge one is saying one word to people that can make a huge difference. And that’s Hello. People say to me, “you know, when a cocktail party or something, how do you do it? You know, you know a lot of people”, and I tend to be kind of shy, actually.
But I just learned as a team to say one word, hello, how are you? And it absolutely opens up conversations.
Oh yeah.
3. And then proving to yourself that you can do little steps.
That’s the next thing. As far as confidence is concerned.
You know, taking baby steps instead of you know, when you’re walking up steps, you can’t reach the top step yet, you have to go one step at a time. And by doing that, on each step, you can prove to yourself, you can do that.
Love it. Love it.
If you don’t do things, you don’t step forward in life.
Katie Hellmers
What do you think are some of the simple steps that business owners and entrepreneurs could take to boost their confidence in running their business on a day-to-day basis?
Okay, one thing instantly. I work with some neurosurgeons. One of them actually has written a book, I’ll send it to you, you can send it out to your people then escapes me at this moment.
But it’s a wonderful book. And it’s about how standing, sitting, walking, and what you say, actually changes the neurological synapses in your brain.
Okay.
So if you’re slouching, or you’re walking hunched over, or you’re supposed to, you know when you don’t have to, and you’re not sitting correctly, your brain takes that negatively. But when you sit up straight, and you’re walking straight, and you say positive words, your brain automatically refocuses on the positive, which builds your confidence.
So the first thing you can do is sit up straight, you know, make sure that your computer is not down here so that you have to slant.
So you’re not slouching over.
Right, right. Right. Make sure that your body language, you notice a lot of executives are starting to do stand up desks.
Yeah.
I was waiting for that.
I mean, you feel better instantly when you stand up. It’s a more confident position to be in.
Exactly.
And I was reading, I was discussing, I wasn’t reading Jordan Peterson’s 12 rules of life. And his very first rule is to stand up, put your shoulders back and keep your head straight.
Yes.
And so that’s an important one to like, especially for entrepreneurs that are watching.
Just that one position change will help you instantly boost your confidence and be in a confident position.
Exactly.
Because I agree 100%. I learned this from Tony Robbins is like there are two ways for us to change our state of mind:
One is psychological,
The other is physiologically and if you change your body position, go from this to this. Your body, because this is the position for lack of confidence and this here is a position for confidence. The body goes I’m not feeling good, but this is you know, a position of confidence.
And so I need to change and, you know, get in line with the physics of myself, if you will.
It’s so true. That’s exactly, exactly true. I remember that neurosurgeon’s name. His name is Dr. Mahmoud Rashidi. Yeah, he wrote a book on actually what’s really interesting is a neurosurgeon. How ironic is this? He ended up with a brain tumor. And he was able to take MRIs along the way. And they didn’t think he was going to live, etc. And he went into constant positive, physiological, and then mental states, and along the way, took MRIs of his brain and along with watching his tumor decrease, he saw the different changes in his brain. It’s amazing to me.
Absolutely. And then did he get rid of his tumor?
Yes.
All together?
Yes.
How did he do it?
That’s how he did it. I mean, he did go through chemo, etc. However, he noticed that if he had a down day where he was negative, you know, which everybody does, obviously, his MRIs would get worse, and you know, the tumor would get worse. But if he had a positive day, where he was saying affirmations.
And the difference with affirmations, you can’t just stay positive, you know, “Oh, my gosh, the sky is blue, but it’s raining outside.” It has to connect, as you said when you’re doing your 60 seconds in the afternoon, it has to connect. It has to feel right for you.
And that’s where the baby steps come in. Because if you jump, if you try and jump, three or four steps up, your brain is going to say, I can’t do it. But if you go one step up, your brain is gonna say, “Oh, I can do that”.
And so taking those baby steps, so you feel it in your gut that yes, you can do that.
And yeah, his entire tumor went away. Incredible.
Fantastic. Love it. I’ll have to add later on when you can, if you don’t mind, post the name of that book that you just mentioned into the chat box here. Or if you know it right now, please go ahead and put it in there.
Yeah, I’ll look it up while we’re talking.
Sure. So what is your definition of stepping forward in life and with business?
Well, you can guess the first one? PLAN.
Yeah.
It’s really kind of a five-step process for me.
One is Plan.
The Second is to get rid of your fear and build your confidence.
So you already know how to do that. And so you plan it out, you take care of those two things.
3. Practice.
4. And then the fourth thing is Accountability.
And one of the ways to get accountability is through mentors. You know, everybody talks about, you know, the five people around you. And that’s obviously very true. But within those five people, it’s really good to have a mentor that can show you the way and when I say mentor, I mean somebody, not just a coach, but somebody who’s done it.
You know, somebody who if you want to be an author, get somebody who wrote a best seller and ask them how they did or their courses now that you can take on that. If you want to know how to build a course, take Mostafa’s course, or, you know, that kind of thing, where you go with someone who’s already done it. And they can just give you the simple steps to do it.
And within that, like for instance, by taking a course, you have homework every week, and that’s a form of accountability.
The other thing is so you can get an accountability partner.
But you got to find a good one because a lot of people don’t. They just like fade away. They don’t know how to be an accountability partner.
Yeah.
So you have to find the right one.
5. And then I think the Fifth step is so important, and that is to Celebrate, like, know how you’re going to celebrate.
Yeah.
If you don’t sell once you celebrate, it tells your brain “Oh my gosh, I love this feeling”. I want to do this again. So the next step, or the next goal, you’ll have a much easier time achieving because your brains already trying to figure out how to get there.
I loved that point about celebration.
As CEOs and entrepreneurs and leaders, we kind of downplayed that one step of celebrating and we’re like, you know, kind of act like oh, you know, I’m tough and rough and I got it and I don’t need to celebrate but sometimes, I’ll take myself as an example, at my celebration could be driving out to the coffee shop nearby and picking up a coffee.
So that’s a celebration for me. It doesn’t have to be I bought myself a Lamborghini.
Right.
It doesn’t have to be. It could be a small thing. I mean, sometimes I go for a walk, and I instantly feel good about it. And, you know, this celebration piece, is extremely important. Because, you know, we don’t give ourselves enough credit for all the work that we put in. For all the effort and time that we put in. All the sweat that we put in. And then we end up just beating ourselves up, over and over, day in and day out.
And then I think as we kind of like act like martyrs that were, you know, we just keep giving and giving and giving, we don’t take it in for ourselves. But this is one small act of celebration. And again, doesn’t have to be huge makes a huge difference. makes a huge, huge difference. And I’m with you. And I mean, I’m a planning guy, I could be a little biased. I mean, I believe in everything.
We believe in everything on one page, right?
Yeah.
Everything is one-page planning.
Because nobody gets to the second page, nobody turns to the second page.
Oh, yeah, absolutely. Most people, less than 3% of business owners actually have a goal.
Isn’t that shocking?
These people are 10 times more likely to actually reach their goal. It’s way less than half of those people. So I would say .75%? Or is it one and a half percent actually have a plan to achieve their goal? These people are 20 times more likely to actually be successful and reach your goal. Because here’s the thing, I have a goal to make a million dollars. But I don’t know how I’m going to get there, I don’t have a plan.
Just think about it logically, it’s going to be pretty difficult to make a million bucks if you don’t know how you’re going to get it. And I know there are some people out there that just like you know, just imagine it and meditate on it and do all that. I’ve done that for 10 years, it didn’t happen.
You got to come up with a plan. You got to come up with a strategy on how you’re going to get there. And the plan should be simple. It should be doable. A 50-page plan is not going to get you there. The 50-page plan is more likely most likely always collecting dust on a shelf, or it’s lost in some folder in your computer. And you’re probably not going to open it.
It overwhelms people. And as we said before, what entrepreneurs don’t need is to be overwhelmed.
Oh, yeah. I mean, as if we don’t have enough of our own already.
So the name of the book, I’ve looked it up. It’s a Mind Medicine: Use Your Thoughts To Heal
Could you please type that in there?
Sure, I will.
So I’ll give you a second to finish that up and post it so everyone could grab that book. And that was a book from Dr. Mahmoud Rashidi on his journey on how he got rid of his tumor, his brain tumor.
Right.
Yeah. That book is coming in the comments here in a second. So I’m just going to take a second while we get that book in there. Did you get it?
One second. There we go. There we go. Can you see it?
Is it coming to me? Oh, you sent it to me here. I’m gonna grab that. And I’m going to post it in the public comments. There you go. And here we go. Mind Medicine: Use Your Thoughts To Heal. I love that. I’m gonna pick that up. I’m definitely gonna get it.
So he’s a great guy, though. He’d be great for your show, actually. Oh you know, I will send him an email. He’s a really nice guy.
Do you know him?
Yeah.
Please introduce us.
Absolutely.
So what are three tips for stepping forward that you have learned out of dealing with guests on your show and CEOs and all people that you’ve dealt with?
One of the things that I do at the beginning of our show is I asked guests five questions, usually.
One is they changed up a tiny bit, but you know, What’s a good book that you’ve read or a quote that you like?
And the other is, How do you step forward in life?
And then we go on from there.
And a couple of things that I’ve found that were so interesting to me is, when you’re so down, like, you know, people have had their husbands die, their wives die, you know, some really tough, tough things happen in your life. And everyone that had something like that said that the number one thing that they would say to themselves is just stepped forward, like just do it, just get out of bed, just breathe.
That was, that was a big one, when somebody said to me, the only thing I could do was say to myself, just breathe. I thought, Oh, my gosh, can you imagine with all of that, you know, we always have lists of things to do, and we’re accomplishing so much. But to have so much happened in your life, that and you’re in so much pain that all you can do is just breathe to get to the next second. And now she’s a very successful entrepreneur. But that was, you know, that tough time.
So as far as stepping forward goes, it doesn’t matter how tiny or how big this step is. And that’s the point.
That’s one of the big things I learned from a lot of the guests was that no matter what it was the center point of their life or the big moment in their life, they just asked, What do I need to do to step forward and it was to breathe, or go meet that person and say, Hello, or something like that. It’s, you know, just make the move.
Speaking of breathing, let’s all do a little exercise together, if you’re watching this, or if you’re listening to this, so close your eyes real quick. Take a deep breath in and hold it.
Give it a few seconds. And let go. And hold on while letting go. And breathe in. See, that was 20 seconds. I feel better already. So, Kate, I understand that you’ve got a gift here for our listeners and viewers. Can you tell us about that?
So one of the things I realized when working with putting our courses together and whether they did the Business or Energetic Solutions was that there were a few steps that people were not doing. And they didn’t, first of all, one of them. Sound familiar Mostafa? They didn’t have a goal.
And so I put together an E-book called the Five. It’s Five Day Best Live Challenge. And it’s how to turn your life around in five days.
And now that I’ve mentioned Dr. Rashidi, you’ll laugh, because I was telling you about this a year or so ago, and he said you can’t turn a life around in five days, you know, it takes 28 days to build a habit, etc, etc. And we got into this conversation, I said, Ah, but before you can get into the habit, you have to turn your focus and your energy around. And that can happen in five days. And he burst out laughing, he said, Yes. Okay.
So this Five Day Challenge is how to do that. How to turn your mind, your body, your energy, and your thoughts around so that you’re going in the right direction, and you can fulfill your goal.
And that right direction is your goal, whatever that might be. So each day has a simple task for you to do. And I love to hear back from people because it blows their minds, like which day is the hardest for them. So you’ll have to let us know about that.
And then some people think it’s not possible to change your life in five days. Let me tell you, it is POSSIBLE. I mean, all it takes is switching our minds andthen seeing something different, and bam!
It is possible to change your life in 5 days. All it takes is switching our minds and then seeing something different.
Mostafa Hosseini
That’s right! I had a lawyer that was going through it and she called me and she said, I got to Day 3. I had no idea I was doing that what she was doing. Until she was, you know, day three, it says do XYZ, and she got into a meeting and she couldn’t do XYZ.
She said I realized, oh my gosh, I didn’t even know I was doing that.
So she was able to change the entire mood of the meeting and was very grateful it really went well.
So you just need to.
So Kate, tell us a little bit in a few seconds what they’re going to see in the E-book. Like, how big is it? How many pages? Is it action-oriented? What’s in there?
It’s very action-oriented.
It’s very simple.
We have two E-books, actually, this E-book is the 18-page e-book. So it’s very, very simple, big print, one page a day.
And it just tells you what the action item for that day is.
So for instance, the first day is Picking a little Goal.
What do you want to have happened in the next five or six days, just a little tiny goal that you can work towards?
And then I’ll give you a treat.
The second thing that you’ll probably crack up about, there are two action items the first day and then one after that. The second action item on the first day is Picking a Motto. Like picking a motto, every
Affirmation.
No, it’s like some people have Carpe Diem. Disney actually had Walt Disney actually have five motto that he would work with, depending on what he wanted to do, you know, you can reach your dream, or he had a few of them.
And so we list 100 out so that you can pick from there or gives you ideas of how to put together a motto yourself.
And what happens is it just is like a cheerleader for you throughout not just the five days, but your goals so that it helps you out. Like you can do it. That’s a motto.
Love it, I could do it. I am the best. I’m a leader.
That’s right. All motto.
I mean, all kinds of different things. And I always asked this question from my guests as my last question. If you had a Facebook ad that everybody on the planet could see, what would your ad say?
What would my ad say? Wow.
If you had one message, the entire planet could see it.
I am not good with spur of the moment. I think it would be the Five Day Best Life Challenge that just to help people turn their lives around to their best dreams.
Okay.
Yeah.
Love it. Kate, this was a great conversation! I really appreciate your message. Thank you for joining us.

Now, Kate has had a career in cutting through to the bottom line for her client’s unbelievable successes.
And so I came up with my Specific Steps. And one of the things through Intuition that I realized is:
So if it’s a decision, so there are a couple of different kinds of fears, one, it is a decision that you need to make that you need to actually, you know, Research, Analyze, and then Meditate on.
And I know a lot of people say, “Oh, why are you meditating business?”
I do not know one CEO that doesn’t meditate. They might not call it to meditate, they might call it, with me, they call it I’ve named it something different. I call it the 62nd or 100/22-second focus, but it’s the same thing.
You sit down, close your eyes, take a deep breath, and then ask yourself:
And you’ll get an answer, all you need to do is listen and ask the question.
Well, a couple of things happen.
And so I need to change and, you know, get in line with the physics of myself, if you will.
And then we go on from there.
Together, you have a One-Page Business Plan and a One-Page Marketing Plan. And that’s basically all you need to grow and scale your business.
Again, we believe in simplicity. And we believe in community. So we work with our community of serious and committed entrepreneurs in a live environment.

Right? So I wouldn’t give up on that.
