Good morning. Good afternoon. Good evening, wherever you are in the world, welcome to Daily Confidence for Entrepreneurs. My name is Mostafa Hosseini, and I’m your host for the show.
This is the second episode of this show. I am super excited to be here with you and sharing some tips and tidbits on Confidence and how to keep and maintain your confidence on a daily basis while you’re running your business.
The aim of this show is:
- To help business owners and entrepreneurs with their confidence and with their self-esteem
- And to raise their confidence in different areas of their business.
Today, I’m going to start going over my Confidence 52! Checklists. The list name of the checklist is Confidence 52! Now, what it is and why I’m introducing you to Confidence 52!. This is a list of 52 things that you could do to boost and maintain your confidence on a daily basis. And I have put together this list from me working on raising, maintaining, and boosting my confidence over the years.
So I am sharing this checklist with you which has 52 things that you could do. And these are action items. And as soon as you do it, as soon as you try, you boost your confidence, or at least I’ve done it. So these are things that I have tested and tried. And I’m sharing that with you. So you can download the checklist at dailyconfidence.show. The website again is dailyconfidence.show, you can go there and download this checklist.
And, you know, take a look at the list of 52 things that you could do to boost and raise your confidence almost instantly upon completion of the task. These are easy things to do. And they are more like action items that could turn into habits. So you got a very long list to pick and choose from.
Now what will happen at the show and on the show is that I am going to be going over these items of 52 items, one per show. And I’m going to share with you what it is. What it does for you? Why you should do it? Why and how it helps you boost your confidence?
Some of them look very easy and cheesy. But they actually do help you with your confidence. And if you don’t like one of the stuff and you know one of the items on the list you try and test, you can always move on to the next item. And there is a lot in there. So you can pick and choose on what confidence booster you want to test and try on the list.
So I’m going to start with the first one on the list which is called, taking a shower first thing in the morning to help you boost your confidence.
The reason I put that on the first thing is that taking a shower first thing in the morning, helps you boost your energy levels, and helps you wake up. It wakes up your entire body.
I heard from a lady named Teal on YouTube years ago that the purest form of energy is the sunlight. That sunlight has the purest form of energy. The second thing that is closest to sunlight in terms of their energy level and their frequency is water. So once we take a shower, the energy level and the vibration of our body get closer to the vibration of water, which raises our energy levels. Therefore it wakes us up and gives us confidence.
Now, if you could take a cold shower, this would be an added bonus to help you boost your confidence for a few reasons.
- The cold shower kind of wakes up your body and helps you with your vascular system and the circulation of your blood and the rest of it.
- So if you want to learn more about that look into the Wim Hof Method.
- The thing is called The Iceman.
- Now Wim Hof developed a method where he goes into ice water, they put him in a bucket of ice, and through his mental control and through his breathing method, he actually is able to control his body temperature to the point that the heat from his body melts down the ice in the ice bucket that he’s in.
- Like it’s really powerful and he actually teaches that in an app that he has developed.
- I have tested and tried it.
Anyway, so what I love about his method is for you to take a cold shower, you actually have to overcome your fears, which is what I love about that. The notion is once you overcome your fear, it helps you boost your confidence.
Another thing that helps you do, is it helps you focus. Once you’re in cold water, you must focus. Your mind goes all of a sudden from being all over the map to be focused on maintaining your body temperature and focusing on keeping your body warm. So it is a very, very powerful process.
Now, I am not suggesting that you should go open the shower and jump into cold water if not used to it. My suggestion is and what I tried actually this very morning. I do that usually on a daily basis. At the end of your shower, slowly turned the water to the cold side, let your body get used to it. Once you go slowly and you know water cooled the water down, go towards the cold side. You’re not going to feel the cold as much your body gets used to it. Right?
Then that you’re still overcoming your fear, it raises your body vibration level, it wakes you up. It’s like when you take a cold shower for five minutes, you walk out, you are awake, right? Because you have to overcome your fears, it helps you also boost your confidence.
So again, if you want to look up Wim Hof Method and download his app, and check him out, he’s got a really cool method. And he teaches it in the app.
I specifically like the fact that you have to overcome your fears to take a cold shower, and it helps you concentrate your mind and it helps you with your vascular system as well.
Now, one thing that I’ve done over the years that really takes us to a whole new level is the natural glacier water, which has a natural vibration level and frequency that you can use to again boost your energy level and confidence to a whole new level. Every time I jump in a lake or in a river, my body is awake for at least three or four days, it is the most amazing feeling you could ever get.
So here’s my challenge for you, every morning for the next seven days, every morning as you go take your shower for seven days. The challenge is to finish your shower with a cold shower, and that’s when you slowly turn the water into the cold so your body gets used to it. It’s not a shock, you’re not going to get a heart attack, right? But slowly cooling down and it’s the most amazing feeling on Earth.
